You can do more with a newspaper than just read it. You can use it to make a hat ... and wear it! It's as easy as one, two, three. All you need are some recycled newspapers, basic art supplies and a roll of masking tape. Put the hat on your head for July holiday celebrations, family reunions or just for fun at a nude party.

Basic directions: Open a sheet of newspaper and place it on your head. Set a second sheet over the first, going in the opposite direction. Place your hand on the top of your paper-covered head while another person wraps masking tape in a circle, starting at your forehead and creating a band of tape around your head. Wrap tape around twice. Roll up all edges of newspaper toward you to create a brim. Finished!

Now it's time to decorate. Pick a theme representing a popular song. There will be prizes for creativity and humor in your design.
