Well established in the Houston community, Healthy Hides of Houston (HHH) is a health oriented (primarily non-smoking and moderate use of alcoholic beverages), social group devoted to nude recreation. Affiliated with the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR), the oldest and most prestigious nudist organization in the U.S., AANR - Southwest, one of seven regional affiliates of AANR, and The Naturist Society, we can assure our members the finest standards of representation in the nation's fastest growing sector of recreation.

Part of our philosophy is that freedom from clothes, when practical, is fun and enhances the enjoyment of many activities. We are not opposed to wearing clothes when appropriate and necessary. We would just rather be free of clothes whenever circumstances permit. We seek to encourage positive thinking and healthful lifestyles - health of spirit, mind and body. We encourage healthful practices such as exercise, dancing, humor, good nutrition, and freedom from all addictions. Our activities are held in a smoke-free environment and alcohol consumption is kept to a minimum. We try to create an atmosphere of friendship and trust, where our members and guests may enjoy the full benefits of the nudist lifestyle in a safe and secure environment.
